At 11:43 a.m. on September 21st, the LP office escorted the suspect in investigation of petty theft (Case #1526784). If anything else had been taken, she was given one last chance to admit it. Remorse and honesty were the hallmarks of the suspect. A law enforcement official from LP chose to add her images to the theft database. The police were not summoned.
